Join Coupang now to create an epic experience in this always-on, high-tech, and hyper-connected world. \nRole Overview \nAs Staff Data Analyst, leads multiple, impactful projects related to the quality, availability, and depth of data needed by Coupang to make business decisions. This person will use their deep expertise in SQL and other languages, data ETL development, and data integrity to ensure that necessary information is available for all levels of analysis at Coupang. This person will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to not only accomplish business goals, but to come up with novel ways to capture and analyze data. Additionally, this person will contribute to analytics projects designed to help drive Coupang's growth, support specific initiatives from all areas of Coupang, and help analysts across the team and organization with their development.\nWhat You Will Do \nDevelop business operations-related decision-making systems to improve the efficiency of business operations\nAnalyze domain data to provide insights and help develop key metrics\nExplain reports, algorithm details, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nPrioritize the metric development requests and lead the junior BAs to support key business initiatives in the company\nKeep the developed reports and systems up-to-date, including learning and deploying new technologies, both in methodology and in technical / software\nDocument project deliverables and decisions made as well as final results\nWork with stakeholders to identify project requirements, translate them into tasks, and lead teams to have tasks completed on time with high quality\nTrain and mentor junior team members\nBasic Qualifications \nMinimum 5+ years experience in data, business analytics and other quantitative fields\nExcellent skills in SQL\nProficient in English (nice to have as well)\nStrong presentation and communication skills\nGood understanding of statistical analysis and algorithm design\nExperience in initiating and driving analytics projects and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to business\nExperience working with stakeholders in requirement identification and final delivery for features and analytical projects\nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience with creating Tableau (the main tool for visualization), Grafana, or similar GUI-based reports\nRelevant working experience in retail/e-commerce business (nice to have)\nExperience with data analytics tools such as relevant Python libraries, Spark, R as well as engineering tools such as GitHub and Airflow (very good to have -
