身為 Coupang Marketplace 的 Account Manager（Marketplace） ，您將負責管理並拓展平台上的策略型賣家夥伴關係。您將與重要商家密切合作，推動商品品類擴充、提升產品競爭力、優化平台經營績效，並最終加速業務成長。

工作內容（What You Will Do）
主要職責（Key Responsibilities）
- 策略性業務成長管理（Strategic Growth Management）
- 與大型賣家建立深度合作關係，協助其擴大商品品項（Selection）及平台曝光度。
- 透過商品規模擴張與流量提升，進一步帶動顧客評論數量及長期回購率成長。
- 商品曝光優化（Visibility & Exposure Optimization）
- 協助賣家善用平台流量資源與曝光工具。
- 提供商品曝光建議，爭取首頁推薦、每日特價專區（Daily Deals）、重點品類頁面等高流量版位。
- 數據驅動的定價策略（Data-Driven Pricing Strategy）
- 運用平台內部數據分析市場競爭狀況。
- 提供最佳化定價建議，以提升銷售量並增加獲得優質曝光版位的機會。
- 賣家經營健康度管理（Portfolio Health & Eligibility）
- 持續監控賣家營運績效。
- 確保商品符合平台推廣活動資格，例如達成特定銷售量、維持足夠庫存水位等條件。
- 物流與履約顧問（Logistics & Fulfillment Advisory）
- 指導賣家符合平台物流與配送標準。
- 協助導入免運費（Free Shipping）等消費者偏好的配送模式，以提升商品曝光及轉換表現。

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager (Marketplace), you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic seller partnerships within Coupang Marketplace. You will work closely with key merchants to drive assortment expansion, improve product competitiveness, optimize marketplace performance, and ultimately accelerate business growth.
The ideal candidate possesses strong eCommerce account management experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate marketplace insights into actionable growth strategies for sellers.
What you will do?
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Management: Partner with large sellers to increase selection and exposure on the platform, which in turn will drive customer reviews and long-term repeat purchase rates.
- Visibility & Exposure Optimization: Advise sellers on utilizing platform-driven exposure tools to feature products in high-traffic areas such as the site homepage, daily deal sections, and specialized category pages.
- Data-Driven Pricing Strategy: Leverage internal marketplace data to recommend optimized pricing levels that are predicted to drive maximum sales volume and improve eligibility for premium site placement.
- Portfolio Health & Eligibility: Monitor seller performance to ensure products meet essential benchmarks, such as maintaining specific recent sales volumes and stock levels required for promotional eligibility.
- Logistics & Fulfillment Advisory: Guide sellers on shipping standards, including the implementation of free shipping models which are preferred by customers and often serve as a prerequisite for enhanced platform exposure.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Marketplace Expertise: Extensive experience in eCommerce account management, with a proven track record of scaling high-volume seller accounts.
- Algorithmic Proficiency: Deep understanding of how personalized discovery algorithms and internal marketplace logic dictate product visibility to potential buyers.
- Operational Agility: Ability to manage complex promotional lifecycles, from initial selection and condition setting to real-time performance tracking and post-promotion analysis.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to evaluate business performance based on price competitiveness, fulfillment speed, and inventory health.
- Stakeholder Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance on platform policies and help sellers navigate internal review processes.
