Initiatives\nService Quality & Delivery Performance\nYou will partner closely with Operations, Transportation, Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to generate actionable insights, develop analytical solutions, and influence strategic decisions across the Taiwan logistics network.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics skills with the ability to translate operational challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.\nWhat you will do?\nBusiness Analytics & Insights\nPartner closely with Middle Mile, Hub, Transportation, and Operations leaders to provide actionable insights, analysis, and reporting.\nConduct deep-dive investigations into network performance, service quality, productivity, and transportation costs.\nIdentify operational bottlenecks and root causes using data-driven methodologies.\nSupport strategic and tactical decision-making through ad hoc analyses and recurring business reviews.\nBuild forecasting models for volume planning, labor planning, transportation demand, and network capacity.\nProcess Improvement & Optimization\nAnalyze operational workflows and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.\nSupport Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives through robust data analysis.\nQuantify business impact of process changes and operational initiatives.\nDesign KPI frameworks that enable leadership visibility into operational performance.\nReporting & Dashboard Development\nDevelop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions.\nAutomate manual reporting processes and improve data accessibility for business partners.\nEnsure consistency and accuracy of operational metrics across teams.\nExperimentation & Modeling\nDesign and evaluate operational experiments and pilots.\nDevelop predictive models related to transportation performance, parcel flow, SLA attainment, and capacity utilization.\nSupport machine learning initiatives that improve network optimization and operational efficiency.\nStakeholder Management\nCommunicate analytical findings clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional business performance.\nEssential Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Economics, or a related quantitative field.\n4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Operations Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or related fields.\nAdvanced SQL proficiency.\nStrong Python skills for analysis, data manipulation, automation, and modeling.\nExperience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.\nStrong understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.\nDemonstrated problem-solving ability with attention to detail and data validation.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.\nStrong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field.\nExperience supporting logistics, transportation, fulfillment, e-commerce, last-mile, middle-mile, warehouse, or supply chain operations.\nExperience with network optimization, routing analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning.\nKnowledge of experimentation frameworks, causal inference, and statistical modeling.\nExperience building machine learning solutions and predictive models.\nFamiliarity with ETL pipelines and modern data stack tools such as Airflow, DBT, Spark, or similar technologies.\nExperience working with large-scale operational datasets.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.\nSuccess Metrics (First 12 Months)\nDeliver measurable Middle Mile cost reduction opportunities.\nImprove visibility and adoption of operational KPIs
