MDM 與端點安全管理\n管理企業行動裝置管理（MDM）平台，例如：Microsoft Intune\nJamf\n\n維運 Endpoint Protection、防毒與安全管理工具。\n確保裝置符合資訊安全規範與自動化配置要求。\n4. 網路與伺服器維運\n支援企業身分管理與伺服器環境，包括：Active Directory\nMicrosoft Entra ID（Azure AD）\n帳號生命週期管理\n\n協助維運與排除基礎網路問題，包括：LAN／Wi-Fi\nTCP/IP\nSwitch\nFirewall\n\n5. 供應商管理\n管理硬體、軟體及影音設備（AV）供應商。\n負責合約執行、服務品質監控及 SLA 管理。\n協調外部廠商資源以滿足業務需求。\n6. 流程優化與營運卓越\n分析 IT 營運流程中的瓶頸與痛點。\n建立並維護 Runbook 與標準作業流程。\n推動改善專案以提升 IT 服務效率與品質。\n7.
