projects from briefing through deployment and post-campaign reporting.\n\nTranslate marketing strategies into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables across creative, data, and production teams.\n\nOversee campaign setup, QA, approvals, and deployment processes to ensure flawless execution.\n\nManage multiple workstreams, including creative development, data targeting, list management, personalization, and production.\n\nPartner closely with internal teams (strategy, data, CRM operations, development) and external vendors to align deliverables and schedules.\n\nMaintain clear and proactive communication with client stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.\n\nTrack budgets, timelines, and resourcing while identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery.\n\nEnsure compliance with OEM brand standards, privacy requirements, and regulatory guidelines.\n\nCollaborate with analytics and strategy teams to support performance measurement and continuous optimization.\n\nContribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices for CRM and campaign operations.\n\nEnsure controls are followed, with the highest quality deliverables and milestones met\n\nDevelop contracts and design innovative delivery teams to best meet and exceed program objectives\n\nEvaluate and improve delivery practices and methodology\n\nCreate integrated timelines across agency and client stakeholder teams\n\nBuild relationships with external and internal stakeholders to meet program outcomes while exceeding client expectations\n\nEnsure a collaborative ‘one team’ approach of both client and agency\n\nContribute to new business and pitch initiatives to secure a pipeline of work for the broader initiative\n\nServe as the main client interface on projects\n\nEffectively clarify strategic requirements, manage expectations, and communicate roadblocks/resolutions to ensure key deadlines are met\n\nCommunicate succinctly within a wide range of positions, personalities, and roles, internally and externally\n\nRequirements\n6-8 years of project management experience in CRM, email, or direct marketing, ideally within an agency or automotive environment.\n\nProven track record managing cross-channel campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.\n\nStrong understanding of CRM platforms and tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar).\n\nExperience coordinating with data teams on segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic.\n\nFamiliarity with direct mail production workflows and timelines.\n\nExceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\nExperience managing budgets, scopes, and vendor relationships.\n\nCollaborative leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments.\n\nAble to
