This role owns the integrated delivery plan across the CRM strategy, Salesforce platform, and data and analytics workstreams, manages dependencies and risks, and keeps a complex, multi-team program on schedule through transition and into steady-state operations.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the integrated delivery plan across CRM strategy and delivery, Salesforce platform, and data and analytics workstreams, including milestones, dependencies and critical path.\nLead program transitions from incumbent agencies or platforms, including knowledge transfer, system access, parallel operations, cutover readiness and post-cutover stabilization.\nRun intake for new requests: log, size and prioritize work with program leadership, and assign it to the right team.\nTrack and manage dependencies across workstreams and with client technology, security, legal and approval teams.\nMaintain risk, issue and decision logs, and escalate early with clear options and recommendations.\nManage lead times for client review, approval and routing processes so campaign and journey deadlines are met.\nCoordinate security reviews, data agreements and system access milestones with client and internal teams.\nFacilitate recurring delivery syncs and provide workstream status for consolidated program reporting.\nProduce and maintain delivery artifacts, including runbooks, RACI, launch checklists, QA processes and escalation models.\nPartner with program management and account leadership to keep the delivery plan aligned with the overall program plan and client priorities.\nDrive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling and team coordination.\nRequirements\n7+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 3 years running technical MarTech, CRM, CDP or data programs.\nExperience delivering programs on enterprise marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data 360, Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable platforms.\nProven experience managing platform transitions, agency transitions or large-scale implementations where live programs could not be disrupted.\nStrong understanding of the technical lifecycle of CRM programs: data ingestion, audiences, journeys, QA and deployment.\nExperience coordinating multiple teams and partners across strategy, technology, data, creative and client stakeholders.\nProficiency with program management tools such as Teamwork, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet or similar.\nStrong written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear plans, status updates and risk summaries for technical and executive audiences.\nPMP, PgMP, Scrum or equivalent certification, or demonstrated equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with enterprise security assessments, data processing agreements and system access provisioning in large enterprise environments.\nAutomotive, OEM or dealer-network CRM program experience.\nBackground in MarTech consulting, agency delivery or professional services.\nExperience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.\nFamiliarity with agile and hybrid delivery methods for marketing technology programs.\nWork Environment\nThis role supports an enterprise CRM program on the Salesforce platform.\nThe role requires close coordination with client marketing, technology and data teams;
