You’ll own the platform that directly influences marketplace liquidity, customer experience, operational efficiency, and growth.\nYou’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and commercial teams to turn complex business problems into simple, scalable technology products.\n**Candidate must live within a commutable distance of our NYC office** \nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for key operational and technical platforms.\nTranslate business and user problems into clear product strategy, requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and measurable outcomes.\nPartner closely with engineering teams throughout discovery, architecture, development, testing, and launch.\nDefine and prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, technical complexity, and marketplace dynamics.\nBuild products that improve supply, demand, liquidity, matching, discovery, conversion, retention, and transaction volume.\nWork with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, instrumentation, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.\nUse quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and make product decisions.\nDevelop APIs, integrations, internal tools, workflows, and platform capabilities that enable marketplace growth.\nManage dependencies across engineering teams and proactively identify technical or operational risks.\nEstablish clear success metrics and continuously measure product performance after launch.\nLead experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative product improvements.\nCommunicate product strategy and tradeoffs effectively to executives, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nHelp establish product management processes and best practices as the company scales.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce, or other technology-driven environment.\nDemonstrated experience building and launching technical products or platforms in partnership with engineering teams.\nStrong technical fluency with concepts such as APIs, microservices, databases, event-driven systems, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.\nAbility to engage deeply with engineers and understand technical architecture without needing to be the person writing the code.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions.\nExperience defining product metrics, analyzing funnels, and using experimentation to improve outcomes.\nExcellent prioritization skills and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProven ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-changing
