Serving as Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a specific project or program, including leading the client relationship to exceed expectations.\nCandidates required to reside in the Midwest.\nEssential Functions\nInteracts regularly with client(s) to ensure that goals and objectives are established and achieved. Develop and implement action plans to correct variances.\n\nKey focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.\n\nDemonstrate knowledge of advanced contracting methods, including IPD and CPD.\n\nResponsible for accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, contract negotiation, contract execution, contract administration, and closeout.\n\nDemonstrate ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks for client and company.\n\nOversee the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete deliverables to the client and company.\n\nEnsures proper utilization of in-house project management tools for execution of services. Provide input on the development of standards across all projects.\n\nCollaborates with internal subject matter expert in the implementation of dashboard reporting tools.\n\nLeads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values. Required experience directly managing leading project delivery resources/team.\n\nResponsible for developing and maintaining detailed project/program outlines, including scope, deliverables, goals, and timelines.\n\nCollaborates with internal subject matter expert in creating complete project budgets.\n\nOversee project cost control efforts, quality control, site management, and the preparation of timely and accurate monthly cost control budget reports and invoicing.\n\nProvide coordination and leadership for cross-functional project teams to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met.\n\nIdentify, document, and mitigate key risks, issues, and dependencies across projects or program. Recommend actions to ensure successful completion of projects.\n\nProvide monitoring and support on program status, key performance indicators, and other qualitative/quantitative metrics to key stakeholders and leaders across multiple segments.\n\nConduct regular program reviews with key stakeholders and leadership to keep team apprised of progress, next steps, and key risks identified.\n\nParticipate in and provide input into the marketing and business development of the company’s program management services. This includes, but is not limited to, client presentations and the development of printed marketing media.\n\nAdditional responsibilities that may become apparent beyond the above outlined responsibilities.\n\nWorkingConditions\nThe majority of work is completed in a home office or company office with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking. Travel to a client or project site could be in the range of 25-75% of the time commitment required to complete many of the functions of the position. Must be able to travel by car, plane, or other forms of transportationto attend owner/client meetings. Hazard exposure is mainly confined to job-site visits and travel.\nEducation, Experience, and Knowledge\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business administration.\n\nA minimum of 8 years of progressive healthcare project management experience, with a precedent of building strong cross-functional relationships to ensure that all client stakeholders are appropriately engaged and satisfied.\n\nMust be able to demonstrate ahighlevelofprofessionalism and performance leading planning, design, pre-construction, contract negotiations, cost control, scheduling, and team coordination activities.\n\nExcellent project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling skills are essential for success in this position.\n\nAbility to prioritize and delegate responsibilities to internal direct reports and external partners.\n\nAbility to read and interpret contracts, including a thorough understanding of contract documents, including drawings and specifications.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze data for the client and team to achieve project goals. Must be able to maintain aprofessionalattitude.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive-level external and internal healthcare clients.\n\nStrong ability to multitask, work independently, and manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently. Must be self-motivated and possess aproactiveattitude.\n\nIntermediate to advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office programs, including (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams), eBuilder, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet experience is preferred.\n\nAct in amannerofintegritythatshowssupportforthecompany,itsvalues,andtheemployees,whilemaintainingconstantfocusonmeeting/exceeding client requirements and expectations.\n\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize and adhere to tight deadlines.\n\nStrong oral and written communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate at all levels of management.
