Investment\nLocation: Bali\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nSource large real estate opportunities from large real estate developers and investors in Bali (targeting properties of 50+ units), conduct site feasibility, market and pricing analysis. \nConduct pro-forma financial projections and analysis.\nLead structuring and preparation of proposals process to counterparty for the management of the properties.\nLead the negotiations and legal documentation process.\nAssist with project management of signed deals that require refurbishment works.\nIdentify new sub-markets for business growth.\nBuild and maintain relationships with investment partners, owners and service providers.\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nExtensive network in real estate in Bali, including but not limited to real estate developers and investors, brokers, etc. (local and foreign)\nA minimum of 3 years of working experience in real estate.\nEnd to end deal transaction experience from leading due diligence to legal documentation.\nStrong preference for candidates with local market knowledge of the residential and/or hospitality landscape as well as candidates with strong existing network (across agents, landlords and developers) to source for real estate opportunities\nGood business acumen and knowledge of current business trends.\nTeam player with good communication and interpersonal
