Its flagship munition, Anthem, combines heavy payload and long range at a fraction of the cost of comparable legacy systems, with production volumes designed to meet the demands of prolonged conflict. Designed as an end-to-end weapon system that is simple to store, transport, and field, Anthem is produced in the United States, Germany, and Israel. For more information, visit covenant.com\nTHE ROLE\nWe are seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize the systems, processes, and material flow that enable high-rate manufacturing of advanced defense systems. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to improve throughput, reduce waste, and build scalable production processes.\nThis is a hands-on, data-driven role for an engineer who enjoys solving complex production problems and turning analysis into measurable improvements on the factory floor.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nAnalyze and optimize material flow, production layouts, and manufacturing processes to improve throughput and efficiency.\nDevelop and refine production workflows to optimize the use of materials, labor, equipment, and factory space.\nApply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and increase production capacity.\nAnalyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop and maintain production KPIs and performance metrics to measure operational efficiency.\nSupport capacity planning, workforce planning, line balancing, and resource allocation to meet production targets.\nPartner with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure new products and design changes are optimized for manufacturability.\nIdentify root causes of production and quality issues and develop practical corrective actions.\nSupport factory layout, line design, workstation optimization, and material handling initiatives.\nDevelop standard work and process improvements that enable consistent, repeatable production.\nWork cross-functionally to implement and measure continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide training and support on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, problem-solving, and data analysis methodologies.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.\n5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related production environment.\nStrong understanding of material flow, production planning, workflow optimization, and manufacturing processes.\nExperience applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nStrong data analysis skills and experience using tools such as Excel, Minitab, or similar platforms.\nExperience developing production metrics, KPIs, and analytical models.\nStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.\nAbility to work effectively across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to work onsite in Dallas, TX.\nThis position requires access to ITAR-controlled technology and technical data, which necessitates that the candidate be a U.S. person under federal export control laws \nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.\nExperience supporting defense, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or other complex manufacturing environments.\nExperience with high-mix, low-volume or high-rate production environments.\nExperience with factory layout, line balancing, take time, capacity modeling, and time studies.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing systems, ERP/MRP, MES, or production planning tools.\nExperience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and production scale-up.\nExperience with simulation, statistical analysis, or manufacturing optimization software.\nExperience working in a high-growth manufacturing organization or startup environment.\nWHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL\nYou are highly analytical but equally comfortable working directly on the production floor.\nYou naturally look for bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities to make processes faster and more reliable.\nYou turn data into practical solutions and measurable improvements.\nYou work effectively across functions and can influence teams without relying on direct authority.\nYou thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments where continuous improvement and operational excellence are critical to success.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4687,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United
