For more information, visit covenant.com\nTHE ROLE\nAs a People & Talent Partner, you will be a key member of the team launching and scaling Covenant's Dallas manufacturing facility. This role combines recruiting, HR, and employee support, with a strong focus on building and retaining the workforce required to operate a high-rate production environment.\nYou will own recruiting for the site, manage relationships with staffing and recruiting firms, support onboarding and employee development, and serve as a trusted partner to managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, solving problems quickly, and building the people infrastructure needed to support a rapidly growing manufacturing organization.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOwn recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across the Dallas manufacturing facility.\nDevelop and execute hiring plans in partnership with site leadership and functional managers.\nManage external staffing and recruiting firms, including performance, priorities, contracts, and recruiting pipelines.\nBuild talent pipelines for production, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other site functions.\nLead candidate screening, interview coordination, offer processes, and pre-employment activities.\nOwn the onboarding experience and ensure new employees are prepared to be successful from day one.\nPartner with managers on employee performance, attendance, engagement, retention, and workforce planning.\nServe as a trusted point of contact for employees and help resolve day-to-day workplace issues.\nSupport employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management in partnership with HR leadership.\nEnsure site HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.\nMaintain accurate employee records and support HRIS administration, reporting, and compliance requirements.\nPartner with payroll and benefits teams to support employee questions and resolve issues.\nTrack recruiting and workforce metrics including headcount, hiring velocity, turnover, retention, and staffing needs.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience as the organization scales.\nPartner with site leadership to build a strong culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence.\nSupport training, workforce development, and employee engagement initiatives.\nHelp establish scalable HR processes and infrastructure as Covenant's manufacturing operations grow.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a combination of both.\nExperience supporting a manufacturing, production, warehouse, industrial, or other operational workforce.\nProven experience recruiting hourly employees at scale.\nExperience managing staffing agencies, recruiting firms, or other external talent partners.\nWorking knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, onboarding, and employment compliance.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nComfortable working onsite and spending significant time on the manufacturing floor.\nAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.\nU.S. Person status required.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, People Partner, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Partner in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience supporting the launch or rapid growth of a new manufacturing facility.\nExperience with high-volume hourly recruiting and workforce planning.\nExperience working in defense, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.\nExperience with HRIS and ATS platforms.\nFamiliarity with Texas and federal employment regulations.\nSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification.\nExperience building HR processes and infrastructure in a startup or high-growth
