About the role:
The Coordinator, Corporate Services is responsible for all corporate first impressions, serving as the first point of contact for Coventry in person and on the phone.
Requirements
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and field all incoming phone calls to the Coventry main line.
- Oversee daily office functions to ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Balance and prioritize various tasks and requests from different departments.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Utilize strong email and phone communication skills.

- A friendly and outgoing attitude.
- Ability to remain organized and timely.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree.
