From discovery to go-live, you’ll shape projects that matter.\nAs one of our Solution Architect, you will:\nAct as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business challenges and translating them into scalable technical solutions.\nLead solution design, architecture, and implementation of Coveo’s AI relevance platform across customer digital ecosystems.\nCollaborate with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leaders, to align business goals and technology standards.\nGuide customers through best practices in governance, planning, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage requirements, maintain clear documentation, and support delivery teams using Agile methodologies.\nPartner with Coveo product management and customer success teams to share feedback and improve future implementations.\nHere is what will qualify you for the role:\n8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or similar client-facing technical roles\nProven experience delivering software or cloud implementation projects in a professional services or consulting context\nStrong organizational skills and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business teams as well as executive stakeholders\nWhat will make you stand out:\nExperience working with cloud, AI and hosted solutions such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or commerce platforms\nBackground in customer-facing consulting roles, with a strong advisor mindset\nAbility to write simple scripts in Python or similar programming languages\nExperience with Salesforce or commerce platforms, with certification considered a strong asset\nDo you think you can bring this role to life?
