You'll play a key role in aligning business objectives, technical requirements, and project execution to ensure successful customer outcomes.\nAs one of our Technical Project Managers, you will:\nLead the implementation of Coveo's platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.\nAct as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, driving alignment, decision-making, and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nCoordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources while managing expectations throughout the engagement.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.\nManage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and risks.\nCommunicate project progress regularly to customers and internal stakeholders through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates.\nIdentify, assess, document, mitigate, and escalate risks when required to ensure successful project delivery.\nPartner closely with architects, developers, and technical customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories and implementation decisions that maximize customer value.\nHere is what will qualify you for the role:\nAt least 3 years of experience managing large-scale information technology implementation projects.\nAt least 5 years of experience gathering requirements, producing technical documentation, and coordinating quality assurance activities.\nStrong understanding of the technical challenges associated with implementing cloud-based software solutions and web applications.\nExcellent stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills in complex customer-facing environments.\nAbility to influence and collaborate effectively with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.\nWhat will make you stand out:\nExperience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.\nProject management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or equivalent.\nExperience with web development or software engineering.\nKnowledge of enterprise search, indexing technologies, Salesforce ecosystems, or professional services automation tools such as Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) or Mavenlink.\nExperience working in a consulting, professional services, or customer implementation environment.\nThis role requires strong English communication skills, as you will work primarily with English-speaking customers and stakeholders across North America and global markets.\nDo you think you can bring this role to life?
