As a Client Solutions Engineer, you will need to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for partnering with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and then designing and implementing tailored solutions that align with their needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nPre-Sales & Solution Design:\nWork with the Partnership team to assist with new partnership opportunities, prepare technical sales material, develop proof of concepts (POCs) and support demonstrations to win new business.\n\nDesign optimal solutions to ensure minimal technical issues, enable opportunities for growth and provide the ideal customer experience.\n\nEffectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nIntegration & Support:\nDevelop an in-depth understanding of Cover Genius’ product technology and underlying architectures.\n\nSupport multiple partner engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful integrations through managing internal and external stakeholders.\n\nLead technical discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and design custom integration blueprints using our REST APIs.\n\nProvide hands-on coding assistance, sample scripts, and architectural guidance to customer developers during the onboarding phase.\n\nIdentifying, troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause of issues that may arise with partner integrations.\n\nGrowth & Process Improvement:\nUse SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio and related technologies to identify and present actionable business growth opportunities to partners.\n\nIdentify opportunities for improving process, make recommendations and implement changes through automation of activities to optimize client engagements.\n\nWhat you will bring\n6+ years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP.\n\n6+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, JSON, etc.\n\n6+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related function.\n\nDeep understanding of RESTful JSON APIs & third party integrations is required; experience with diverse API frameworks is a significant plus.\n\nProficiency with AI and LLM tooling, including practical experience building or deploying agentic workflows, with the ability to evaluate outputs critically and apply AI to accelerate technical delivery and client engagement.\n\nStrong strategic, analytical and tactical skills; must be able to create plans and then execute individually as well as with a cross-functional team.\n\nExperience in managing technically complex products in a B2B technology environment.\n\nWhy Cover Genius?\nAt Cover Genius, we create magic by turning the archaic into the extraordinary.
