Our rapidly growing team is a smart, dynamic, and fun-loving group privileged to be collaborating with some of the world’s most innovative embedded partners.\nJob Title\nInsurance Account Manager\nThe Role\nAs an Insurance Account Manager, you play a central role in managing ongoing client service needs and policy renewals at Coverdash. This role exists to ensure existing clients receive timely, accurate, and proactive support throughout the renewal and servicing lifecycle, helping drive client retention and maintain strong carrier relationships.\nYou’ll work closely with U.S.-based Service and Account Manager teams, insurance carriers, and internal systems to process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning client interactions in a fast-paced insurtech environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and manage existing client interactions related to policy servicing and renewals\n\nProcess policy renewals, including auto-renewals, conditional renewals, and non-renewals, in a timely manner\n\nRetain existing clients by handling ongoing service requests and renewal-related communication\n\nOperate daily within Coverdash’s CRM and Admin (AMS) systems to manage client and policy data\n\nNavigate carrier portals to retrieve renewal details and documentation\n\nManage the end-to-end renewal workflow through Coverdash systems\n\nRoute incoming service requests to the appropriate internal teams when needed\n\nPre-fill renewal applications and supporting insurance submissions\n\nSupport carrier quoting activities\n\nHandle billing notices and payment-related issues, including follow-ups and carrier coordination\n\nSupport onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team members\n\nWho You Are\nRequired\n2-4 years of experience in insurance operations, service, renewals, or customer support roles\n\nExperience with U.S. commercial insurance products\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex policy and renewal workflows\n\nExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)\n\nComfortable working across multiple systems, CRMs, carrier portals, and internal tools\n\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients, renewals, and deadlines\n\nProactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of client issues\n\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with international teams\n\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience in an insurtech, fintech, or startup environment\n\nWork Environment\nLocation: Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid)\n\nWorking Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Belgrade time)\n\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nWhy Coverdash?\nGain hands-on experience with U.S. insurance servicing, renewals, and carrier operations\n\nBe part of a fast-growing insurtech where smart tech meets great people\n\nYou’ll have real ownership, room to grow, and the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one\n\nCompensation\nOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. \nIndividual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need.
