The role serves as a subject matter expert in HR analytics and data governance, driving data-informed decision-making processes through modern data structures.\nWhat We Offer\nDesign and implement advanced HR reporting solutions and analytics dashboards, for example in Workday.\nSupport the design and setup of underlying ETL processes and data modeling architectures to ensure scalable reporting solutions.\nDrive the development of global reporting standards and data quality frameworks.\nDesign and implement automated data quality monitoring systems and remediation processes.\nContribute to existing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code workflows using GitHub, supporting the deployment of reporting and analytics solutions into the AWS cloud environment.\nCollaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.\nProvide expert consultation on complex data analysis and manage ad-hoc reporting requests.\nAccelerate data literacy in HR by providing trainings and advice to end-users.\nActively drive the global Workday Report Writer Community and global reporting initiatives.\nThe minimum base salary is 2300 EUR and can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.\nWhat You Offer\nBachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.\n5+ years of experience with reporting tools and database management, preferably including Workday (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Security Framework).\nStrong technical proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.\nPreferably experience in Data Modeling and the design of ETL/Data Pipelines.\nFamiliarity with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development within an established CI/CD pipeline.\nWorking knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts and practices (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation), with the ability to add and modify pipeline configurations within an existing ecosystem.\nAdvanced proficiency in statistical analysis and visualization techniques.\nProven experience in implementing data governance frameworks and quality management systems.\nExpert-level Excel skills and familiarity with additional analytics tools.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.\nComprehensive knowledge of international data privacy regulations and compliance.\nYOUR APPLICATION\nAre you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
