As our marketing programme scales, we need more high-quality creative, made faster, across more markets and formats, while keeping a consistent and recognisable brand.\nWhat you'll do\nWe are hiring a Designer to create marketing creative across paid media, web, social, events and sales materials.\nThis is a hands-on, high-output role for a designer who enjoys variety and pace. You will work closely with performance marketing to produce and iterate ad creative, and with content, product marketing and events teams on everything from landing pages to presentations.\nYou will create and adapt creative across formats, including:\nStatic and motion ad creative for paid social and display, with variants for testing\nLanding pages and website visuals\nSocial media graphics and short-form video assets\nEmail and lifecycle campaign visuals\npresentation decks for sales, partnerships, events and leadership\nEvent materials, print collateral and booth graphics\nLocalised versions of creative for markets across North America, Europe and Oceania\nYou will also:\nApply and help evolve the CoVet brand system across every touchpoint\nUse performance data to learn what creative works and feed it into the next round\nBuild reusable templates and work with design automation tools to increase speed and volume\nManage your own workload across several requesters and seasonal peaks\nCross-functional collaboration\nThis role will work closely with:\nPerformance Marketing: to brief, produce and iterate ad creative against test results\nContent and Community: to create visuals for articles, social, case studies and campaigns\nProduct Marketing: to support launches, feature announcements and in-app messaging\nEvents and Sales: to produce event collateral, presentations and sales enablement materials\nRegional and localisation teams: to adapt creative so it feels right in each market\nWhat success looks like\nIn this role, success means marketing never waits on creative, and the creative it gets performs. It means a higher volume of on-brand assets, faster turnaround, and a clear link between creative testing and better results.\nYou should expect to be measured on output, quality, turnaround, brand consistency, and the performance of the creative you produce.\nQualifications\nWe're looking for someone who is:\nAn experienced digital or marketing designer with a strong portfolio across multiple formats\nExpert in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite\nExperienced in producing paid social and performance ad creative at volume\nConfident applying and extending an established brand system\nAble to work quickly without losing quality, and to manage several priorities at once\nComfortable taking feedback and working from data on what performs\nPreferred experience\nMotion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere or similar)\nB2B SaaS, healthtech, medtech or another professional audience\nDesigning for multiple languages and markets\nUsing AI and automation tools in a design workflow\nPresentation design for sales and leadership audiences\nWhy this role matters\nThis role lets CoVet's marketing scale without a creative bottleneck.
