From maintaining design consistency to improving the little details that make a big difference, you'll play a key role in shaping the CoVet experience.\nThis is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing company, helping veterinary professionals reclaim valuable time in their day.\nExciting Opportunities in this Role\nChampion Design Quality: Review UI/UX implementations, identify inconsistencies, and document actionable improvements.\nDrive Design Consistency: Maintain and evolve our design system, promoting reusable components and cohesive experiences across features.\nImprove the User Experience: Own small-scale UI enhancements inspired by customer feedback, support tickets, and usability insights.\nCollaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product and Engineering to solve design challenges, prioritize requests, and keep releases moving.\nTurn Feedback Into Action: Translate user insights and post-launch feedback into meaningful product improvements.\nSupport Product Delivery: Make thoughtful design decisions quickly while maintaining quality in a fast-paced development environment.\nQualifications\nWe're more interested in finding the right person than checking every box.\n3+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.\nStrong Figma skills, including components, variants, tokens, and design systems.\nExperience reviewing UI implementations and creating clear, actionable design tickets or bug reports.\nStrong visual and interaction design skills, with attention to responsive behaviour, accessibility, and edge cases.\nExperience collaborating with Product and Engineering through short release cycles.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, make independent decisions, and communicate clearly.\nNice to Have\nFront-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).\nFamiliarity with Linear, Amplitude, or similar tools.\nExperience with QA processes and product testing.\nExperience using AI tools to streamline design workflows.\nSpanish language proficiency.\nAbout You\nYou'll thrive in this role if you:\nHave an eye for detail: You spot the little inconsistencies others might miss and love making things better.\nTake ownership: You're proactive, resourceful, and follow through from identifying a problem to delivering a solution.\nMove fast and adapt: You're comfortable with shifting priorities, quick decisions, and short release cycles.\nLove consistency: You believe great design is intuitive, scalable, and built on thoughtful patterns.\nAre a team player: You communicate clearly, collaborate naturally, and enjoy solving problems together.\nPut users first: You're motivated by creating experiences that make people's lives easier, one improvement at a time.\nWhy Join Us\nFlexible remote-first work environment\nCompetitive compensation\nGenerous vacation and time-off policies\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth\nA culture built on trust, collaboration, and impact\nCompensation\nWe believe in paying our team members fairly and competitively.
