We're looking for a motivated and reliable Operations Assistant to join our warehouse operations team in Limerick, Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing business that supports veterinary practices and animal health professionals across Ireland.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receive and process inbound deliveries
- Unpack, check and accurately locate products within the warehouse
- Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory records
- Carry out regular stock counts and inventory checks
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders with a high level of accuracy
- Complete quality assurance checks on orders
- Process customer returns in line with company procedures
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and warehouse standards
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Support wider warehouse activities as required by the Operations team
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and safely lift products
- A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
