You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Market Directors and Capture Managers, ensuring proposals are well-coordinated and submitted on time.\nYour key responsibilities will be to:\nAssist in preparing and refining documents for Expressions of Interest, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, and large tenders.\nManage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met and submissions are timely.\nMaintain libraries and databases of company literature for future use.\nResearch tender opportunities and assist in managing ePortals.\nSupport with creating case studies, CVs, and project data sheets for business development.\nTrack market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.\nSupport the coordination and facilitation of bid/proposal related meetings\nSupport capture planning and strategy development, especially for strategic and high-priority bids.\nYour skills.
