Then join COWI as our new Document Controller.\nCreate the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow\nWe are looking for a Document Controller to join COWI and support our customer's electrical infrastructure projects. You will help ensure that both internal project documentation and supplier documentation are collected, organised and securely archived. Following an introduction to the relevant processes, methods and systems, you will work with minimal supervision to ensure complete project documentation through to final handover and project closure.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\nSet up archiving structures in the customer's electronic document and records management system and clarify which documentation must be collected and retained. \nCollect and secure internal project documentation from customer-managed SharePoint sites, as well as photographic documentation and other project records. \nCollect and secure supplier documentation, including collaborating with the customer's IT team on developing APIs or automation tools where needed. \nEnsure that final as-built documentation is complete, that projects comply with the customer's archiving guidelines, and that sites and platforms are closed down at project completion.\nYour skills. However, your primary workplace will be at Energinet in Erritsø, but Ballerup could also be an option, with some travel to Erritsø.
