Your finest task in our team will be to take up geometric design tasks on road and airport projects, complying with COWI systems and processes.\nOn a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:\nDelivering technically sound and innovative design solutions, while ensuring a high level of accountability and ownership throughout the project lifecycle.\nLeading the design process in collaboration with a team of engineers, overseeing activities such as design development, modeling, drafting, and documentation.\nDriving performance and motivation within the project team, while ensuring adherence to established business processes, standards, and timelines.\nYour skills.
