We are engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle-from feasibility studies, conceptual design, and detailed engineering to procurement, construction management, inspections, and final commissioning.\nOur major clients operate in petrochemicals and refineries, energy production, and the pulp and paper sector. We support them with deep technical expertise, ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards. COWI’s strong reputation has led to several large, long-term project wins, primarily delivered as EPCm assignments for both national and international customers.\nLEAD THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING\nAs an Engineering Manager / Discipline Lead Piping, you will have overarching technical responsibility in our projects and will become part of our global expert community. You will work closely with division management, multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, and clients.\nIn addition to the general responsibilities of an Engineering Manager, you will bring specialized competence in piping engineering, ensuring high technical quality and coordination within your discipline.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and control the overall design and engineering work\nCoordinate technical deliverables across all disciplines\nEnsure schedule, budget, and quality compliance\nPlan activities together with project managers and discipline leads\nProvide continuous reporting to the project manager\nParticipate in internal and external project meetings\nLead technical forums and facilitate key technical decisions\nReview drawings, calculations, and technical specifications\nParticipate in technical reviews and design discussions with clients\nContribute personally with discipline-specific tasks\nReview and approve piping-related documentation and deliverables\nADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AS DISCIPLINE LEAD PIPING\nDrive the piping discipline strategy and ensure alignment with project requirements\nSecure integration between piping design, structural design, equipment layout, and process engineering\nOversee piping layout development, material selection, stress analysis, and interface management\nEnsure adherence to relevant piping codes, standards, and best practices\nMentor and support piping designers and engineers within the project\nGuarantee quality and consistency across all piping deliverables\nYOUR DEVELOPMENT AT COWI\nOur people are our greatest asset.
