We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Lead with a background from data centre projects to help strengthen and expand our growing data centre business across Scandinavia.\nLead the mechanical design of next-generation data centres\nData centres are a strategic growth area at COWI, and we are continuing to strengthen our multidisciplinary capabilities across Scandinavia. By combining expertise in engineering, architecture, sustainability and project delivery, we support clients throughout the development of complex digital infrastructure projects and help shape the next generation of reliable and energy-efficient facilities.\nIn this role, you will take a leading position within the mechanical discipline, contributing your expertise to complex projects from early planning through detailed design and implementation.\nAs Mechanical Lead, you will play a key role in developing cooling and HVAC solutions for mission-critical facilities, balancing performance, reliability and sustainability requirements. Working closely with colleagues across engineering disciplines, architects and clients, you will help ensure technically robust and coordinated solutions throughout the project lifecycle.\nYou will join an established engineering environment where technical quality, collaboration and knowledge sharing are highly valued. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our data centre expertise and project delivery capabilities across Scandinavia.\nYour key responsibilities will be to:\nLead mechanical design and advisory services for data centre facilities.\nAct as the discipline lead, ensuring technical quality and coordination throughout projects.\nLead the design and development of mechanical systems for hyperscale and enterprise data centers.\nEngage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical engineering solutions.\nSupport projects through concept development, detailed design, tendering and construction phases.\nCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and efficient technical solutions.\nYour skills.
