In this role you will report to Malik Basoda, Head of Discipline Energy Plants and Infrastructure. Furthermore, you will play a key part in delivering district heating projects that support the green transition while strengthening our position as a trusted partner in the energy market.\nTurn project expertise into business value\nAs Senior Construction Manager you will take ownership of construction management across district heating projects, ensuring that solutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.\nYou will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and colleagues to create successful project outcomes - balancing technical excellence with commercial performance and client satisfaction.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nLeading construction management activities for district heating projects, from planning and tendering through execution and handover.\nBuilding strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to create additional value.\nManaging contractors, site activities, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and health and safety.\nSupporting tender preparation, estimating, contract management, and commercial negotiations.\nIdentifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of COWI’s district heating portfolio.\nCoordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring effective collaboration across projects.\nSharing your experience and mentoring colleagues to strengthen the team's capabilities.\nYour skills.
