You will become part of a diverse team of five legal professionals, two People Operations Specialists, and the Head of P&O Legal, based at our COWI office in Lyngby. Together, we support both an innovative architectural firm and an international engineering consultancy operating across multiple countries, allowing you to gain insight into a broad range of employment and labour-related topics in an international environment.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nSupporting tasks related to labour relations.\nAssisting with contractual matters, including employment contracts and addendums\nMaintaining and administering employee files and benefits\nResponding to employee inquiries and providing support on P&O-related matters\nYour skills.
