You will work closely with customers to understand their unique pain-points and support the operationalization of Harmony to solve them. You will be the the lead with our Fortune 500 customers from first discovery through pilot and scale. You will identify reusable patterns and share field signal that influences the roadmap. Success in this role means owning the delivery state across workstreams. You will hold the bar on quality and pace and help Coworked learn through execution.\nTasks\nWhat you will do\nPre-sales discovery\nLead structured sessions with PMOs, IT, security and business owners to map PMLC, governance checkpoints, and the project toolchain (e.g. Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, and PPM suites).\nDocument current state and desired state. Produce a summary that includes a recommended pilot scope, integration approach, data flows, access and compliance notes, and a risk and effort matrix.\nPost-sales operationalization\nBuild plans covering environments, access, data onboarding, controls, success metrics, and exit criteria.\nWork with customer IT to implement, configure and validate connectors and data paths, and create reusable checklists.\nWrite runbooks for day-to-day operations, incident handling, permissioning, and change management.\nTrain project managers, PMO analysts, and sponsors with clear materials, recordings, quick references, and office hours.\nTrack adoption with a lightweight scorecard.\nPartner across Coworked\nWork directly with the CEO and product to translate customer needs into repeatable capabilities, templates, and integrations.\nCapture field feedback that sharpens Harmony’s tone, behaviors, and interaction patterns so every touchpoint feels consistent and human.\nRequirements\nWhat you bring\n3 to 5 years in a customer facing role delivering solution discovery and deployment for enterprise software or systems integration.\nSolid technical project management experience. Comfortable with PMLC, RAID, resource and stakeholder comms, and benefits tracking. PMP preferred.\nFamiliar with AI. \nWorking knowledge of enterprise PM/PPM/SPM tools such as Microsoft Project & Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, UMT360, Fluid, et al.\nTools like Notion, Miro\nStrong communicator who can simplify complex environments and write crisp docs: discovery notes, runbooks, checklists, and training guides.\nBuilder mindset, bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic needs.\nSecurity and compliance basics.\nNice to have\nExperience deploying solutions inside Fortune 500 environments.\nFamiliarity with OAuth, SSO.\nExposure to AI agents or automation in real project workflows.\nHow we work\nCustomer impact first.
