The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nThe ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.\nThe ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.\nVision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus\nPreferred:\n1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.\nPrevious experience in sales support role.\nBilingual English/Spanish a plus\nDrug Testing\nTo be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
