Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized EV Administrator to support the daily operations and monitoring of our electric vehicle (EV) fleet and charging infrastructure. This role will coordinate vehicle dispatches, maintain accurate records, monitor EV chargers, track performance metrics, and communicate operational issues to management.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and dispatch pending mech work/ CR/sign off/M2/ and any other related pending work to team members as needed. \nPrepare and maintain dispatch execution lists and accurately input required information into AS400. \nHelp check out keys to buyers/transporters and maintain an accurate key inventory/log. \nCheck and monitor Emails and Teams chats to ensure requested work gets completed and deadlines are met. \nIdentify, document, and report vehicles, or operational issues to management in a timely manner. \nMonitor lot activity and help ensure vehicles are properly assigned and available to meet operational needs. \nTrack and monitor PUSH metric goals, ensuring daily and ongoing performance targets are being followed. \nMaintain accurate operational records and ensure information is entered correctly and consistently. \nCommunicate with team members and management regarding vehicle availability, dispatches, and operational concerns. \nAssist with identifying recurring issues and escalating problems that may affect production. \nPerform other administrative and operational duties related to TRA/Inop lot operations. \nQualifications\nStrong organizational and administrative skills. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nBasic computer skills and ability to accurately enter and maintain data. \nExperience with AS400 or similar systems is preferred. \nStrong attention to detail and accuracy. \nGood communication and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work independently while also coordinating effectively with team members and management. \nPrevious experience with TRA/Inop inventory, fleet operations, logistics, or vehicle dispatch is a plus. \nMinimum\nHigh School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.\nOR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level of degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.\nSafe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.\nRequires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.\nWork Environment\nFrequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
