This position is also responsible labelling all cars in preparation for crew leader movements. Safe management of move areas on the auction property and the coordination of crews between each area in compliance with safety and driving rules.\nWork Schedule: Monday -Friday 7am-4:30pm\nPay rate: $17.12 per hr.\nPrimary Responsibilities & Essential Functions\nLot Operations & Vehicle Movement:\nSupport the organization, movement, staging, and placement of vehicles across the auction lot to meet operational and sale-day requirements.\n\nEnsure vehicles are safely operable and escalate inoperable vehicles to service or tow teams as needed.\n\nCommunicate with lot operations leadership, crew leaders, and\n\ncross-functional partners regarding inventory status, priorities, and workflow\nneeds.\nInventory Accuracy & Documentation\nMaintain accurate inventory records, logs, labels, and documentation to support tracking, reconciliation, and audit readiness.\n\nUtilize dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor inventory levels, movement,\n\nand operational priorities.\nSafety & Compliance:\nDemonstrate visible commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and modeling safe behaviors.\n\nComply with company policies, procedures, and standards related to employee and customer conduct.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\n\nPrevious auction experience preferred.\n\nValid driver’s license and safe driving record required.\n\nAbility to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.\n\nConstantly required to enter and exit vehicles.\n\nAbility to sit for prolonged periods of time.\n\nAbility to walk long distances.\n\nRegularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.\n\nFrequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.\n\nAbility to lift 1-15 pounds.\n\nVision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.\n\nWork Environment:\nFrequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
