Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job Description\nA critical role on the Cox Automotive Pricing Strategy team, the Senior Pricing Strategy Manager develops pricing, packaging, and monetization capabilities for a specific Business Unit or Solution Set. This individual is responsible for developing pricing strategies that can be implemented and maintained considering market, technical, and/or process constraints. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years’ experience in a related field with no degree.\nProven ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and different organizational levels to deliver results.\nMust be able to effectively organize and prioritize workflow and work independently.\nProven ability to work effectively within complex decision-making and organizational structures.\nAbility to lead parallel assignments in a high-quality manner while hitting deadlines.\nPreferred:\nDegree in Business, Finance or Data Science.
