Proven experience in and passion for both traditional and new media channels.\nResults-driven leader with a proven ability to establish and manage communication measurements and effectiveness that ensures optimal team performance, superior business results and high customer and employee satisfaction.\nWhat You’ll Do\nServe as a strategic relationship manager responsible for consulting broadly and strategically with internal customers (Inventory Solutions leaders) and providing ongoing communication counsel the members of the leadership team.\nAssess internal customers’ current communication state, probe for underlying business problems and develop creative communication plans to enhance employee engagement, ensure effective, two-way communication between the company and employees, and drive greater results for the business.\nServe as a project manager for communication programs and plans for assigned client set, collaborating and partnering with other departments across the organization to deliver integrated and comprehensive communication plans.\nDevelop communications plans and campaigns that 1) help employees navigate organizational change, 2) foster a winning culture and 3) drive greater company pride and engagement. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 6 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience; or 12 years’ experience in a related field.\n3+ years’ experience in people management/leadership role\nExceptional customer relationship, consulting and strategic communication experience.
