Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct thorough, expert-level vehicle inspections, including exterior, interior, and mechanical components.\nLocate, start, move, inspect, and safely return vehicles while maintaining proper handling procedures.\nVerify vehicle identification and accurately record details such as VIN, mileage, and sub-series in the inspection system.\nInspect and document vehicle condition, including equipment, options, damage, missing or inoperable items, and overall exterior and interior condition.\nApply industry standards, including NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy.\nFollow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety programs.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nMinimum\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nGenerally, less than 2 years of experience in a related field.\nSafe driver's needed; valid driver's license required.\nBasic computer skills.\nValid driver’s license and safe driving record.\nAbility to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.\nPreferred:\nMust be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multi-task.\nGeneral knowledge of mechanical and automotive body work.\nPrevious body shop, automotive background and mechanical experience.\nPhysical requirements:\nAbility to stand, walk, reach, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.\nVision requirements: close, distance, depth perception, and color\nvariations.\nMust be able to work in varied weather conditions.\nDrug Testing\nTo be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
