You’ll roll up your sleeves every day and build your future in a field you can’t get enough of. Here’s a peek at your day:\nProvides day-to-day direction and guidance to Auto Maintenance team members and allied vendors/service providers. \nSupervises and directs the work of assigned Technicians by determining work procedures, expediting workflow, assigning duties, and examining work for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures. \nEnsures the full range of service/repair work is performed according to company standards, applicable regulations, and customer expectations; work includes Oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush, Vehicle inspection - for safety, operational effectiveness, and minor deficiencies, Various repairs and maintenance, including onboard diagnostics systems, brake components, tires, tune-ups, suspension components, aerial lifts, electrical systems, interior/exterior components, engine and drive line components, etc. \nPurchases equipment, materials, and supplies. \nSupervises the completion of work order forms to ensure accurate vehicle records. \nApproves and forwards bills and invoices to Accounting. \nReviews work volumes, planning and monitoring staff levels to ensure efficiency, quality and effective customer service. \nEnsures shop and work areas are kept clean and tidy. \nEnforces company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct. \nVisibly demonstrates a commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the right behaviors. \nConducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality. \nMentors and teaches Technicians to ensure the overall growth of the team. \nWho You Are\nYou know there’s nothing like the feeling of getting a motor running.
