Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job Description\nThe UKG Advanced Scheduling Lead Platform Engineer is an application expert and business process designer for Advanced Scheduling & Analytics at Cox Automotive. They aim to deliver streamlined and efficient application capabilities to meet the future business process requirements based on their understanding of existing and future needs and objectives. The Enterprise Application Engineer works with the business stakeholders to establish the future state application processes and then configures the application to bring them to life for the enterprise.\nThe UKG Advanced Scheduling Lead Platform Engineer will work with a cross-functional scrum team to design, configure, enhance, and manage the platform. They will design and maintain the application configuration with input from stakeholders, partners, and the business. The delivery team will include product owners, applications, and quality assurance engineers.\nThey will support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, as well as release management planning and execution. They may develop and deliver product demos and support training material creation as a subject matter expert.\nThis role serves as an expert on UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) Advanced Scheduling and Analytics and process improvement initiatives. Proficient in using UKF PRO WFM forecasting, scheduling, and analytics.\nThe person must be a self-starter who will proactively work with the business to analyze current state, identify requirements, and recommend future state processes and solutions to improve and optimize our future state operations.\nResponsibilities (including but not limited to):\nProvides thought leadership and recommends design solutions to improve processes, tools, and/or services based on product knowledge, practical experience, optimal outcomes, and best practices to enhance the operating environment of front-line team members\nProvides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Pro Workforce Management (Formerly known as Dimensions) Advanced Scheduler Module\nFuture state process and application configuration ownership\nTechnology delivery ownership \nDriving a continuous improvement process within WFM\nFacilitates complex working sessions and tailoring them to meet business needs as necessary\nAnalyzes data and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way\nTrusted advisor to stakeholders and partners to create and optimize future state design to increase enterprise efficiency\nSupport Cox Automotive business stakeholders in solution design working sessions to enable the delivery of advanced scheduling solutions that meet the business needs\nTranslate business requests into features and user stories in a collaborative cross-functional team and help define functional, integration, and user acceptance test cases\nDevelop and maintain subject matter expertise in application features, capabilities, and business rules\nProvides ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products\nWorks with the vendor and production support team to provide production break fix support\nParticipates in work intake meetings, design and delivery ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, and release planning meetings\nPartner with Product and Business Stakeholders to understand the product strategy while generating innovative ideas to enable success\nScheduling experience in multiple skill and multichannel environments\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years’ experience in a related field.\nWorking understanding of UKG Workforce Management Pro Scheduling, Time, and Pay (formerly known as UKG Dimensions)\nExperience working with engineering teams to deliver product capabilities \nExperience designing, configuring, and supporting UKG Workforce Management Pro or similar advanced scheduling tools (Nice or Aspect) \nWorking collaboratively with product, operations management, HR, and IT teams\nDefine, design, configure, test, and complete work to meet established objectives\nProven self-starter who can proactively engage with the business, stakeholders, and peers\nAbility to understand and articulate various internal and external customer needs\nSolves complex problems and proactively identifies innovative solutions to problems\nBe a solid change agent and remove roadblocks\nMust possess a natural curiosity to learn and expand their knowledge\nWorking experience in a collaborative cross-functional team environment\nEffective communication skills & presentation skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate across business and technology\nSelf-directed with an ability to organize and prioritize\nDrug Testing\nTo be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
