Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description\nWork Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:30pm)\nPosition Type: This is an outdoor role\nJob Responsibilities:\nOrganize and maintain the placement of vehicles within the designated zone or move area to the defined standard established by lot operations leadership.\n\nOn a daily basis utilize information from the Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to make move decisions to stage their assigned zone area.\n\nResponsible for continuous improvement efforts relating to the safety and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of their assigned zone area.\n\nMove vehicles and stage them in a safe arrangement to their proper work destinations to eliminate multiple drop-off points and less than full loads.\n\nConfirm that all vehicles can operate safely and engage service and tow teams when inoperable vehicles are found.\n\nLabel vehicles with the sale and routing labels to maintain accurate movements and eliminate the need for crew leaders to print and label staged units before transport.\n\nCommunicate with crew leaders and managers regarding the status of inventory levels within the defined move area and make the decision of what is a priority.\n\nSet an example in behavior by championing Cox/Manheim values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect.\n\nImplement all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.\n\nBe a visible representation of Manheim’s safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to these directives.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\n\nQualifications: \nMinimum:\nHigh School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.\n\nSafe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.\n\nAbility to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.\n\nBasic mechanical knowledge of identifying (i.e., flat tires, low gas, jump-starting vehicles.)\n\nPreferred:\n6 months auction or driving experience preferred.\n\nKnowledge of lot operations/lot layout preferred.\n\nKnowledge of LDM preferred.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nRequired to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear, vision abilities required to include close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.\n\nAbility to stand for prolonged periods.\n\nAbility to lift 1-15 pounds.\n\nMust be able to walk long distances.\n\nWork Environment:\nConstant exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
