They assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the aligned IT team, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and services. The IT Supervisor oversees user support, troubleshoots technical issues, and coordinates with vendors as necessary. They also assist in implementing IT policies and procedures, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with the IT Manager to execute IT priorities.Education:Preferred: Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.\nExperience:\nRequired: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role, or healthccare related experience.
