This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing workflow efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The operations supervisor participates in defining the department’s mission, planning and goal setting, budget preparation and adherence, and performance standards in order to assist in leading the department to the achievement of excellence in pharmacy practice.
