Monitors productivity and quality of product of individual employees and of an assigned shift. Assists SPD Manager with budget monitoring. Participates with SPD Manager in planning for future needs and project implementation related to personnel, program development, instrumentation, equipment, interdepartmental relationships and department goals. Assesses and troubleshoots safety, instrument and equipment issues. Establishes and maintains professional rapport with medical, nursing and other staff.
