This individual will drive operational excellence, support revenue-cycle performance, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall client experience.\n Lead the end-to-end monthly billing cycle, including prebill generation, distribution, review, editing, invoice processing, and final invoice delivery\nMonitor departmental productivity, workload distribution, and billing performance metrics\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve controls, and enhance billing efficiency\nManage, mentor, and develop a team of billing professionals in a hybrid work environment\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, responsiveness, and exceptional client service\nProvide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to support team growth and succession planning\nPartner with Billing Supervisors to ensure consistent procedures, knowledge sharing, and cross-training across the department\nOversee billing-related aspects of attorney, client, and matter onboarding\nCollaborate with Finance, Pricing, New Business Intake, Conflicts, and Practice Management teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and implementation\nWork with Finance Operations and Technology teams to improve system functionality, automation, and reporting capabilities\nSupport billing-related projects, system enhancements, testing initiatives, and process improvement efforts\nAct as an escalation point for complex billing inquiries and attorney requests\nDevelop strong working relationships with attorneys, clients, and business services professionals\nMaintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to supporting firm and client needs.\n Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field) Minimum 7 years of progressive billing, revenue management, accounting, or finance experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment\nDemonstrated success managing and developing high-performing hybrid or remote teams\nStrong understanding of legal billing practices, client billing requirements, and revenue-cycle operations\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with attorneys, clients, and senior leadership\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management systems\nThe salary range for this role is $120,000 - $145,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
