In this role, the worker plays a critical role in managing warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in problem-solving, communication, and process optimization. The FC Coordinator will work closely with warehouse staff, supervisor(s), andmanager to maintain workflow efficiency, safety, and organization.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, staging, and shipping.\nEnsure outbound shipments meet accuracy, labelling, and quality standards.\nAssign and monitor tasks to optimize workflow and efficiency.\nResolve operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or labelling errors.\nCommunicate effectively with FC supervisors, managers, and carriers to maintain smooth logistics.\nEnforce safety standards and address hazards promptly.\nAssist with training and provide support or coverage for FC management as needed.\nContribute to inventory accuracy and process improvement initiatives.\nWe'd love to hear from you if you have\n3+ years experience in a FC setting.\nAbility to work physically for extended periods of time: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures.\nValid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as there is no public transportation to this location.\nExperience in a quality control environment is a plus.\nAttention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience in a small teams or startups is a plus.\nWe care about you\nStrong customer-centric culture.\nDynamic and enthusiastic team.\nGrowth opportunities.\nAdvantageous salary\n40 hours/week (paid overtime).\nMonday to Friday (day shift).\nBenefits starting after 3 months.\nWe are constantly looking to improve, learn and adapt to our environment.
