As a fast-growing, online-first brand, our success is driven by a team that shares our passion for redefining the furniture experience.\nThe mission of the Fulfillment Center Coordinator at Cozey\nReporting to the Fulfillment Center Supervisor, the mission of the Fulfillment Center Coordinator is to keep the evening shift at our Montreal fulfillment center moving, so every order is received, picked, staged, and shipped accurately and on time. You'll be the link between the floor team, FC leadership, and our carriers, catching issues early and fixing them before they reach a customer. This role is based at our fulfillment center in Mont-Royal, on the evening shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (40 hours per week, with paid overtime).\nWhat you'll be doing\nCoordinate daily evening shift activities across receiving, picking, staging, and shipping, so work flows smoothly from the dock to the truck.\nCheck that outbound shipments meet Cozey's accuracy, labelling, and quality standards before they leave the building, protecting the delivery experience for every customer.\nAssign and follow up on tasks across the team, adjusting as priorities change to keep the shift efficient.\nResolve operational issues like inventory discrepancies or labelling errors quickly, and flag recurring problems so they get fixed at the source.\nKeep FC supervisors, managers, and carriers informed in real time, so handoffs and pickups run without surprises.\nEnforce safety standards on the floor and address hazards as soon as they come up.\nHelp train new team members and step in to support or cover for FC leadership when needed.\nContribute to inventory accuracy and process improvement initiatives, sharing what you see on the floor to make the shift run better.\nWe'd love to hear from you if you have\n3+ years of experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or distribution setting.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow multistep processes consistently.\nExperience in a quality control environment is a plus.\nClear, proactive communication and a problem-solving mindset.\nExperience working in a small team or fast-growing environment is a plus.\nThe ability to work physically for extended periods, including standing, moving, and lifting up to 49 lbs (22 kg) in variable temperatures.\nA high school diploma or equivalent.\nWe care about you\nYou will receive a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefit package.\nA generous time off policy that allows you the time you need to recharge.\nEndless opportunities for personal and professional growth in a fast-growing company.\nA workspace where everyone is welcomed, heard, and valued.\nPlease note that we may use AI-powered tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as application screening and interview coordination.
