As a fast-growing, online-first brand, our success is driven by a team that shares our passion for redefining the furniture experience.\nThe mission of the Fulfillment Center Supervisor at Cozey\nReporting to the Manager, Fulfillment Center, the mission of the Fulfillment Center Supervisor is to own the evening shift at our Montreal fulfillment center and make sure every order that should leave the building tonight does, accurately and safely. You'll lead the team on the floor, set the pace across receiving, picking, staging, and shipping, and turn shift results into better ways of working.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role on the evening shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.\nYou'll be the person on site who makes the calls when volume spikes, a shipment is late, or a process breaks. You'll work closely with the day shift and the FC Manager to keep the site running as one team.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nEnsure that daily core activities (receiving, picking, staging, and shipping) are completed on time and in full\nSupervise, train, and manage all warehouse clerks in the execution of core activities\nAssist the FC Manager with various initiatives and ensure that the fulfillment center meets the KPIs established by HQ management\nEnsure that safety measures and warehouse rules are clearly communicated and followed by all employees\nTake ownership of core activities and propose action plans when performance targets are not met\nDevelop SOPs for different inbound and outbound tasks\nPerform any other related tasks\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong communication skills, both spoken and written\nCollaborative leadership style; team player with the ability to bring out the best in team members\nWillingness to take ownership of results and propose actionable improvements\nResourceful and creative mindset; able to \"do more with less\"\n4+ years of experience in a production environment (factory, fulfillment center, warehouse, etc.)\nExperience managing a workforce involved in manual labour or technical work is an asset\nExperience in process optimization is also considered an asset\nWe care about you\nYou will receive a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefit package.\nA generous time off policy that allows you the time you need to recharge.\nEndless opportunities for personal and professional growth in a fast-growing company.\nA workspace where everyone is welcomed, heard, and valued.\nPlease note that we may use AI-powered tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as application screening and interview coordination.
