และเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลสมัยใหม่มาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน ยกระดับกระบวนการทำงาน และสนับสนุนการเติบโตขององค์กร.\n\nกำกับดูแลการให้บริการและการพัฒนาระบบ SAP ในภาพรวม พร้อมประสานงานกับ Gosoft และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ติดตามผลการให้บริการตาม Service Level Agreement (SLA) วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และสนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกับทีม SAP เพื่อให้ระบบมีเสถียรภาพและสามารถรองรับการดำเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง.\n\nบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT Infrastructure) รวมถึง Cloud Platform, Web Server และระบบ Cyber Security ให้มีความพร้อมใช้งาน มีความมั่นคงปลอดภัย และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานขององค์กร.\n\nบริหารโครงการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พร้อมติดตามความก้าวหน้า ประเมินความเสี่ยง และประสานงานกับทีมงาน ผู้ใช้งาน และผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เพื่อให้โครงการสำเร็จตามแผนงาน งบประมาณ และคุณภาพที่กำหนด.\n\nงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.\n\nปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง.\n\nมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Development หรือ Application Development ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมพัฒนาโปรแกรม.\n\nมีความรู้และความเข้าใจใน Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ พัฒนา ทดสอบ และส่งมอบระบบ.\n\nมีความรู้ด้าน Software Architecture, System Design และ System Integration พร้อมสามารถกำหนดมาตรฐานการพัฒนาระบบและ Coding Standard ได้.\n\nมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม Full Stack Developer หรือทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ รวมถึงสามารถให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีมได้.\n\nมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Project Management และสามารถบริหารโครงการด้วยแนวทาง Waterfall และ/หรือ Agile.\n\nมีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน SAP ในระดับ Functional, Application Support หรือ Service Management จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.\n\nมีความเข้าใจภาษาโปรแกรมและ Framework ที่หลากหลาย เช่น Java, JavaScript, PHP, Flutter, SQL, JasperReports หรือเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมสามารถเลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมกับลักษณะงาน (Technology Agnostic).\n\nมีความรู้และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI APIs, Low-code/No-code
