making.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML and automation solutions. \nBuild scalable data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and predictive models.\nApply machine learning, statistical analysis, forecasting, and experimentation techniques to solve business problems. \nCollaborate with business and technology teams to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions.\nImplement and support MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD workflows. \nDevelop GenAI/LLM-based applications and automation tools to improve operational efficiency. \nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery. \nMentor junior data scientists through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices. \nEnsure proper documentation, maintainability, and scalability of AI solutions. \nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. \n5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI.\nStrong programming skills in Python and SQL.\nHands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.\nExperience with big data processing and cloud platforms such as PySpark and Azure Databricks.\nStrong understanding of statistics, forecasting, experimentation, and model evaluation.\nExperience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring processes.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders. \nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nAdditional Preferred Qualifications\nExperience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or digital business environments.\nFamiliarity with Azure ML, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, or Kubernetes.\nExperience with GenAI, LLM applications, prompt engineering, or RAG pipelines. \nUnderstanding of data governance and PDPA considerations. \nExperience mentoring or leading junior team
