construction and infrastructure expertise to deliver complex projects that create long-term value.\nThe Role\nAs Construction Director, you will lead the end-to-end construction phase of a hyperscale data centre, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery on site.\nLead all on-site construction activities, driving delivery across time, cost, quality and safety targets\nOversee construction teams, subcontractors and trade partners, ensuring alignment and performance\nDrive site productivity, sequencing and programme adherence across multiple work packages\nEnsure safe execution, embedding a strong safety culture across all site operations\nManage interfaces between civil, structural, architectural and MEP services during construction\nCollaborate closely with design, commercial and commissioning teams to enable seamless delivery\nOversee construction through to testing, commissioning and practical completion\nBuild, mentor and lead high-performing site teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement\nAbout You\nRelevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or related discipline\nProven experience delivering data centres, building services or large-scale building projects (eg hospitals, airports)\nStrong understanding of construction delivery in MEP-intensive environments\nDemonstrated experience managing complex, multi-package site operations\nCommercially astute, with experience working alongside project commercial teams\nExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive performance on site\nWhy
