We're particularly interested in people who have worked on large-scale data centre projects and understand the fast-paced, highly regulated nature of hyperscale and enterprise environments.\nIn this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of document control across the project, ensuring systems, processes and standards are in place to support delivery from construction through to commissioning and handover. You'll work closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure everyone has access to the right information at the right time.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nOwning end-to-end document control across the project lifecycle\nManaging large volumes of technical documentation with accuracy and attention to detail\nMaintaining version control and ensuring documentation complies with project requirements and standards\nSupporting project teams with document management systems, workflows and best practices\nWorking closely with contractors and stakeholders to keep documentation aligned and up to date\nIdentifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency\nWhat we're looking for:\nProven experience as a Senior Document Controller on complex construction, infrastructure, mining or data centre projects\nExperience working in large-scale project environments, ideally within data centres or other mission-critical facilities\nExceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills\nThe ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment\nStrong knowledge of document control systems, governance and compliance requirements\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to build relationships across project teams and stakeholders\nWe particularly welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, the LGBTQIA+ community, mature workers, Veterans and Active Defence Reserve members, people with disabilities and people from different cultural backgrounds.
