By bringing Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) into a single, data-driven system, we give commercial, finance, and revenue-growth teams a clearer view of what their trade spend actually returns.\nWith the rapid growth and evolution of technology (AI, Data Automation and Analytics) coupled with continous changes in market and client requirements, delivering market leading solutions that deliver business value with velocity and quality is our differentiator.\nAbout the Role\nProduct Manager, you will be responsible for the successful release and adoption of new releases and features to both internal teams and to our customers.\nThis is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys being the person others turn to as the subject matter expert on product features, usage and value.\nKey Responsibilities\nRequirements definition and solution design - Client RequirementsProvide subject matter expertise - Internal and External\nWorking with the Internal teams and client facing contacts lead requirements gathering and solution design for small to medium items.\nSupport the VP of Product on larger and more complex requirement definition and solutioning items of strategic importance.\n\nRelease Quality - Business validation testing of all item’s prerelease.Own the business validation testing of new features for the monthly product releases.\nManage the GA (General Availability) release (Every 4 months) end to end test plan execution.\n\nBusiness documentation and knowledge transfer of new features and functions - including internal launch and external client launch materials.Manage and maintain the internal knowledge base including internal KT (Knowledge Transfer) documentation on new features, standard product delivery templates and support the VP of Product on Internal release demo & KT sessions.\nManage and maintain the external user standard product documentation with each GA release.\n\nWhat you will need to be successful\nThis role requires 7+ years’ experience in CPG trade promotion / revenue growth management domain.\nPrevious TPM/TPX solution experience (Required)\nBusiness domain knowledge within the CPG Domain (Required)\nExperience with relationship management and working with cross functional teams and solutioning will be highly regarded.\nExperience and Knowledge of AI platforms and usage will be beneficial.\nProduct Management experience is preferred but not essential.\nExperience with Atlassian (Jira) and Salesforce software solutions preferred but not essential.\nAn ideal candidate profile\nA previous or current TPM/TPO System Administrator for a CPG manufacturer, or a previous sales user of TPM/TPO solutions for a CPG manufacturer. \nA previous or current Business Solutions or Functional consultant for a TPM/TPO software provider that is looking to transition to Product Management.\nA previous or current Product Specialist or Product Manager for software providers working within the CPG domain.\n\nTo apply, your cover letter must include:\nDetails of your experience in the consumer goods industry and previous Product Management experience.\nYour Career goals.\nExamples of how you have embraced new technologies.\nReferences.\nCOMPENSATION STRUCTURE\nBase salary plus variable.
