You’ll work one-on-one with businesses to present, design, and sell our award-winning security and automation solutions.\nWhat you'll do: \nEffectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers\nSelf-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets\nDevelop and maintain outstanding working relationship with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction\nMaintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location\nMerchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales\nWork closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goal is achieved\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nHigh school diploma\n1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual\nHighly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity\nStrong time-management, organizational and prioritization abilities\nDemonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals\nDetail-oriented, creative, and decisive\nExperience working with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus\nWhat’s In It For You:\n $60,000 to $90,000 annual average earnings\nBase salary guarantee + uncapped commissions \nCompany fuel card, company equipment provided (i.e. iphone, ipad)\nComprehensive and on-going training when you start, includes leadership development. \nEngaging and fun company culture that succeeds through diversity.\nGreat medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, short-term & long-term disability and life insurance options.
